Welcome to SEASONS. By creating an account or using our application and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

SEASONS is a wellness guidance application that blends Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), circadian rhythm science, and AI-powered insights to deliver personalized seasonal wellness recommendations. The Service includes daily wellness tips, seasonal health guidance, and optional subscription features.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Important: SEASONS is a wellness and lifestyle application. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information and recommendations offered through the Service are for general wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions related to your health, especially if you have existing medical conditions or are taking medication.

3. Subscriptions

SEASONS offers the following subscription plans:

Serenity — Essential features for individual wellness guidance.
Harmony — Premium features including advanced AI insights and personalized routines.
Family — Multi-user access for households (up to 5 members).

Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play, or our payment processor.
Plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings or by contacting us.
Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store or payment processor.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app.
Abuse, harass, or harm other users through the Service.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service's servers, APIs, or infrastructure.
Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service.
Use automated bots or scrapers without our written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, algorithms, and software associated with SEASONS are the intellectual property of SEASONS and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized wellness recommendations. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or suitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for evaluating any recommendations before acting on them. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes from using the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEASONS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, health outcomes, or wellness results. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it and cancel any active subscription.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable international and local laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or competent jurisdiction. EU/UK consumers retain mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable local law.
