Chinese Herbal Teas for Detox: Traditional Cleansing Brews

Detoxification is a natural process performed by your liver, kidneys, lungs, skin, and lymphatic system. Rather than extreme cleanses, TCM advocates gentle, consistent support through herbal teas used for centuries. These teas clear heat, drain dampness, move qi, and nourish yin.
